    Default Brasso'd me engine

was very bored, (been off work for 3 weeks) trying to find something to do, decided to clean under the bonnet, god it was filthy under there!! Dont think it had ever been cleaned under there in the 4 years since coming out of the factory. Brasso'd the cam cover and turbo heat shield, it came up pretty well IMO. Vinyl dressed all plastics and pipe work, polished visible paintwork, even got the old toothbrush out to get into the nooks (sad, i know). heres a couple of pics of my 3 hour effort. Sorry no before pics, forgot to take them.

It was one of those jobs that you get half way through and then wish you hadnt started. But it was worth it.

actually i did try to clean them but they're that sort of textured plastic that the marks wont come off so i gave up in the end
