    Question Help with Parrot CK3100 - CD70.

    Hi,

I'm after some help with fitting my new Parrot kit, now to begin with - I'm no car audio fitter (but I've never struggled with a stereo, amp & sub etc). I've wired up the kit as it appears to go, but I've obviously missed something!!

When it's all connected, and the ignition turned over - the display on the stereo flashes between SAFE and the date, so it appears to be turning itself off and back on - so I can't enter the code! I've tried switching the power cables over, as it suggests in the manual but that hasn't helped.

In all the guides I've been reading on here this morning, no one seems to have mentioned having this problem...

Does anyone have any idea what I might be doing wrong, or has anyone around here fitted one successfully?

(p.s well done on a smart forum btw)

How have you wired it? Have you used the ISO's or wired it in to the line in points on the connector block? (I notice you say you have a CD70 and your signature says 2003 SRi - is your CD70 ISO or Quadlock?)

I used the ISO's into the plugs supplied from the mute block, the only 'loose ends' I appear to have are the 'line' ones...

I assume the stereo is ISO but I not come across the term Quadlock - so it could be
