Default Bosch Super 4 6 Spark Plugs

Can anyone tell me if these would be a worthwhile upgrade over my standard plugs, the car's an '02 plate 3.2V6 with 37,000 ATM and at present I'm looking at mild tuning parts, air filter, plugs, HT leads etc.

Are the ones in this link a good price?

Are there better plugs available and if so for much more cost?

Hey Kev....many members around here like iridium plugs, I´ve tryed NGK iridiums on a previos car of mine and they only lasted few months, since then the only think I use on my cars are Bosch, find them very reliable and at decent prices, never the less I havent changed them on my Vec, still running on the original ones, have been planing to change them for the ones on the link, but to be honest I´ve been lazy to disasemble have the engine to take a peek on the ones fitted

I have 30K on the clock now, and beeing a used car when I bought it I have no clue if itīs running on the original ones, and on what condition they are, I know itīs kind of soon to change them on a regular basis, the thing is that the travel distances here in in town are really short, Iīm talking about 10-15 min. trips, at slow speeds and of course trips regularly paused by stop signs and red lights all over, and I have the idea that in this contions the plugs dont even get warm enough and their life span gets shortened...what do you think?

they shouldn't suffer too much Rob..10 mins is enough to get the engine hot..

it's the total age that matters, so i'd start thinking about changing them in a while, but not yet..
