    Default Painting Parking Sensors

    Hello All,
Want to install some aftermarket parking sensors but would like to paint them to match the car colour.

Has anyone painted them before and/or able to offer any tips on painting them properley?

    Thanks

    Vehicle : Jaguar XF 3.0D V6

    Trim : Black

    Engine : 3.0D V6

    Year : 0000

    Default

Punch correct sized holes in thin cardboard, push the sensors in and spray with the correct colour paint??? Then fit to bumper when dry.

Anyone know a different / better method?

The way I did mine was to put holes in the box they came in. put the wires inside. Lightly rub sensors with fine wet and dry. Wipe clean with degreaser, Spray with plastic primer, Spray with at least two coats of vx paint, Spray with at least two coats of vx laquer.
