    Default wheel protector tyre

    hi would it be ok to put a tyre which has the thicker sidewall on the front with a tyre that dos,nt ?the size is the same tread wear about the same.both eagles.the reason i ask is i had a side wall punture on one original tyre and had to replace it and it seems to sit higher on the sidewall.looks a bit stiffer

    Thicker sidewall tyres are indicated by the XL or Reinforced status on them
    Rim protectors are vehicle specific and are identical
    Example :
    The Merc version is G1*

    i think thats means its ok then.just got a rim protector not reinforced
