Billing 25 is Go!

In view of the freak weather being experienced, we held a site inspection on Wednesday July 4th and agreed with Billing management that the VBOA National Rally in association with CCC Insurance would take place as scheduled this weekend.
However, the main arena field is in very poor condition so we have decided not to run the VBOA Sunday events, including the special display of Luton built cars, the arena club parades and the best in show competition. Also, some club stands will be relocated to fields which have not been used recently for shows and are therefore in better condition.
The autojumble will benefit from a relocation to a large tarmac area so this major attraction will be on hard standing.
a revised site layout will be displayed at the entrance to Billing Aquadrome.
We look forward to seeing you this weekend for the 25th running of "Billing".

NOTE FOR CAMPERS
As explained above, we are moving some clubs as their allocated field is too poor to use. On the remaining fields there are some wet patches but with a bit of planning you should be able to avoid these. However, the weather forecast is very uncertain so bring the wellies!
