one of the other members had this engine in his edition 100 and had some bother with it TBH, this wasnt helped by useless stealers bodging it! nice smooth engine though and with remap like duncans i would imagine its fairly rapid ! although not a match for mighty diesels lol (he stands back waiting for abuse hee hee)

Does anyone know what the difference is between the Z20LET (Astra/Zafira) and the Z20NET (Vectra C/Signum)???

About 20bhp I believe. The old Astra GSi 2.0T was around 190bhp wasn't it? The Vec 2.0T is around 170bhp.

LET had a high pressure turbo.... the NET is low pressure.

Isn't it a bigger block too?

Also the compression ratio is different. Let = 8.5-9:1, Net = 9-9.5:1, so as aboue its a lower pressure turbo. Probably like this as its a heavier car.
