CR2 Tuning Box for the 120 CDTI

I'm interested, but don't quite know whats involved with fitting/warranties etc.

I ordered my new Vectra a while back (company car) it's a 1.9 CDTi Hatchback LS. I'm gussing as it's bottom end of the range it'll be a 120ps version, is that the correct one for this box?
