    Default New Mondeo...

Saw a new mondeo pass me while I was lugging the caravan home. Nice shape to her but I still think the new vec planned for next year will be better. Anyone know someone who has bought one?

I keep seeing them around but I still don't like how it looks, doesn't look quite right to me.

    Question New Mondeo

Had A Look At The New Mondi It Seems To Have Been Designed As A Big Luxury Type Car, The Interior Is Very Good And Apparently Drives Like A BMW 3 Series But With The Extra Size, But The Outside At Present Is Too Bland And Doesnt Really Stand Out Think They Will Need To Put Some Sort Of Body Kit On To make It More Distinctive !.

I had a sit in a Titanium spec one a few weeks ago, can't say what it drives like, but it had some neat touches, but it still wouldn't get my money tbh.

remember the outcry when the E60 new % series was released .. I dont even look twice now lol..

personally I think the mk3 mondeo looked better than the new thing... but then I thought that about the E39 / E60.. but now Im almost swayed

It is a step up from old, but Ford have done there usual thing by putting cheaper plastics where they think you won't look ! it doesn't feel any bigger than my old 2004 zetec !

I overtook a Zetec model earlier.

The wheels are waaaay too small for the shape. I suppose one could call it 'innofensive'.

If it was foisted on me as a company car, I don't suppose I'd be too p'd off, but I'd still choose a Vec on looks alone.
