I've cleaned the thread up peeps as it was going off in all directions. I'd even thrown it off topic! I want it to remain as clear as possible about the situation.

Well our bit certainly looks ok, I've seen a lot worse.
But the main field is what we need to worry about I think.
The heart of the show, certainly from the VBOA's point of view, takes place there, and it will have cars driving round on it all day.
Unless they have an alternative plan, if that field is not useable, I fear they will cancel it anyway.
If it was your decision Dan, would you continue with the show or cancel it? Honestly?
I'd still go ahead in all honesty as there are plenty of usable areas, if it came to it they could always shuffle people around if certain areas were too flooded, I was actually quite surprised when I went down there as it wasn't as bad as I thought.
The rainful this week is no where near as bad as the rain up to PVS and Billing seem to be trying to sort it out.
Cheers Dan. Thanks for all your help dude. We'll have a beer and a natter this weekend hopefully.
What time is the final desicion being placed on here Aja??
As soon as I know, I will post it up. The VBOA chairman will post it up on their site as well. www.vboa.org.uk
I can't see Billing allowing a show to go ahead if it risks damaging the fields for future events. If the field is as bad as Dans last one is without any traffic over it can you imagine what it will be like by Sunday.
