CCNA Cisco Certified Network Associate is it worth it?

I’m a pub manager on 32k a year, not too bad for someone who can't speak fluent English
and come here just 3 years ego
a few years back I was studying IT (only 2 years finished) and I was preparing for CCNA exams (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and I was thinking, maybe now it’s a good time to start it again, I have good overall knowledge about computers (hardware, software, networks) but I know it won’t be easy, because it’s so damn hard to memorize everything in English, i like challenges, but.. , what you think guys, is it worth it, should I be able to find any decent job ?
