    Default Clay...

    Wheres the best place to buy some clay etc as my Vectra is in need a of decent claying?? no where online as I can't buy online

    Halfords should have the Megs stuff in stock. There are two kits, one with a larger bar of clay and a trigger spray of Quik Detailer for about £16 IIRC. The other one has two smaller bars of clay (but overall more than the other kit), a microfibre cloth, trigger spray of Quik Detailer and a small bottle of some sort of cleaner stuff for about £22.

    Cheers I'll have a look tomorrow, last time I went in halfords they didn't have it, only have the whole of this week to get my car looking up to scratch

    Might have to try another branch? Quick phone call and they should be able to tell you if they have them in stock to save you a wasted journey.

    Yea I've got about 4 branches I could try as have a few trips to various places tomorrow, its pay day tomorrow and somehow I think it'll be gone tomorrow

    Online at cleanyourcar.co.uk have a special on sonus grey clays, 3 for 3 &#163;12.95 which is cheap. It's a medium/hard clay so only for use say twice a year at most. They do the fine one too which can be used more often.

    I think Halfords still have their 3 for 2 offer on cleaning products, get the cheapest free.
    Now I need a turbo to keep up!
