    confused front window limit switch?

this problem has been discussed several times but still have fault (& hoping its not the motor) anyway. drivers window goes down gradually & fully down when you press switch BUT only usually goes up gradually (have to keep pressing button) & doesnt go up on key fob.
when the window is closed & u keep your finger on the button you can hear the motor turning (as if the glass is going to shatter) & it doent stop like my passenger side does.
is there a limit switch you can reset as i think it goes up gradually as it doesnt know where it is? any ideas?? cheers all

Push both front window buttons down until they reach the bottom - hold the switched until they stop. Then do the same to close them. This should reset the limits on the windows.
Now I need a turbo to keep up!
