Default Just a quick check - old Parrot and new Kenwood

I currently have a Kenwood KDC-W707, plus Audioleads widget to make the wheel controls work, and an old Parrot CK3000 Bluetooth kit in the Astra.

If I get the facia adaptor and the lead from Vauxhall, it should all just plug in and work again, including the steering wheel controls? Right or wrong?

    (Into a 06 Facelift Design that has a CDC40 Opera (!?) fitted).

Different stereo connections on the full canbus vecs mate. Yours would go in mine as that is what I have (double din and 3000) but would need a different lead for full canbus stereo (cdc40)

So is there any way I can ditch the CDC40 and fit my perfectly servicable stuff? Or am I going to be stuck with no MP3s, no motorised flippy face, and no hands-free telephoning?

You can take your speaker +/- and mute and got direct audio input on the cdc 40 , even with a parrot kit , i took my opera unit out , but ive now got it back in , its not a bad unit , plus nobody will want to break into it .
