1/2 leather interior is a good start...but the main difference is a PROPER engine fitted..

I'll let you have the half leather, apart from that, different wheels, GSi's only came in 3.2 V6 flavour.
SRi's have all sorts of engines including lovely diesel!

I got full Leather with heated seats in my 3.0 Sri, need to get some GSi wheels and I'm ok then
