    hi there was a thread not so long ago about tracing people but cant seem to find it u enterd there name and it gave you there address any 1 help

    Friends Reunited only works if you know the persons name, school, workplace, etc., AND they register or can be easily contacted or want to make contact

    Finding someone more elusive is fun...
    I managed to find an old "friend" that isn't on the electoral register, is ex-directory, and has moved house three times since 1999

    If you want to pay you can use 192.com or contact the credit reference companies like Experian or Equifax. www.b4usearch.com did have free electoral role info but I think they are updating and have therefore pulled their services temporarily. Another route you could try is QAS (Quick Address System) or GB Accelerator which I think have minimal costs. My friend works for QAS as a programmer which is how I know about these places as we've talked about finding people over more than one pint... HTH
