    Oh dear!
I'm having a new clutch fitted in my Saab 9-3 Aero (same as 2.0T veccy but with more power) and hopefully mine is going to be done under warranty. Otherwise it is around 5-6 hours labour !!! I was quoted around £600+ to do the job.
I asked Mark (GSi3.2) our resident site mechanic and he said it is a very big job

You should budget around £180 for the clutch kit and then allow for around 5 hours labour on top. Gone is the design when you could leave the gearbox on and drop the clutch out the flywheel housing..If you're lucky you may be able to juggle the box back enough to lodge it on the subframe while changing the clutch as if you need to remove the gearbox completly then you'll have to droop the subframe.
