    Default Campsite for TRAX

I know TRAX isn't until 2nd September, but I've recieved a PM from Smutty Nutty letting me know that most campsites are full around Silverstone already. She has managed to find what looks like a quiet campsite near Banbury and it's only 17 miles from Silverstone. See map below -

The campsite does require a £10 deposit per pitch to secure a spot. Their website is http://www.bo-peep.co.uk/.

I'll be stopping there on the Saturday and Sunday nights (1st & 2nd Sept).

The problem I have with Billing when it's not run by the VBOA is they tend not to control the more noiser crowd. But yes Billing is very close too.

We used to stop at billing to till last september, when local kids were running wild round the place flooding the toilets and making shopping lists of car parts!! and at £19 a nite with no eletric, mucky loos and showers.
They may not be a play area for the kids at Bo-peep but with plenty of room for them to play ball games. We have these from http://www.elc.co.uk/toy-40252 and a swing ball so no damage to cars

I personally would prefer a nice quiet secure campsite to a playground full of chavs anyday.

I also have loads of soft toys (soft rounders, cricket and footballs). It gets the adults off their arses as well

I must admit the noisier element at Billing did cheese me off two years ago, so much so I "may" have let a few chav owners' tyres down, oooops

One thing they will learn, they may stop up late and drink loads, but I'm always up early ready to exact revenge.

Well I won’t be using Billing again in the near future that’s for sure, with the exception of the VBOA event.
I will most likely be up for camping but one thing that puts me off that site straight away is the comment on their site about a separate 4 acre field for tents, can we all get together regardless of whether we have a tent, caravan or need electric hook up or not ?
