front suspension noise?????

ok,

here we go again,noticed a sort of boinging noise from the passenger side front suspension when steering at low speeds.i have yet to fit the new anti roll bar bushes, (new droplinks and spring mod fitted).
i put my hand under the wheel arch to grab the spring and it moves a fraction either way.jacked the car up to take pressure off the spring and the spring seemed to be solid(everything is tight under there).
when for a spin afterwards and seemed ok,no noises.when i got back checked the spring while car parked up level and movement was there again.???? could the spring tops be worn? or have you any ideas.
