    Default having a bad day

as above my wife and i decided that it was time to have our beloved collie cross put to sleep. this is one of the hardest things ive ever had to do and im afraid i bottled out of seeing her actual passing. she has been getting progressively worse health wise recently due to sight loss, back legs giving out and most recently leaving a mess everywhere , so we decided it was for the best, but TBH we are feeling like 5h1t right now and ive stopped drinking, which is ironic as i could really be doing with some alcohol right now, hope you all are having a better day than me.

Very sorry to hear that mate, I know what you're going through. We had to make the decision to put one of our cat's Charlie down last summer due to ill health. If she was suffering you've done the right thing, she's at peace now.

We're all here for you both.

Sadest thing i've had to do too m8. Xmas a few years ago, found out our beloved boxer was riddled with cancer and was going downhill fast. She was getting worse by the day and suffering.

I know what you feel mate....I used to have a german shepard during my childhood, he sufferd from cancer, we dicided to remove it, knowing it was very likely to grow again. I was fine for around 6 moths and....well we put him to sleep. It was a very sad moment in my life. It`s amazing how we attach to this beautifull animals, that become a part of the family itself.
what else can we do....life goes on.....
