    Default 150 caterman doesn't fit ??

    good morning all,
my first post and problems already...!!
read through the fantastic source of info and decided to get a caterman
whipped the engine cover off and on the end of the common rail - right on top of the engine - unplugged the 3-pin plug.
the caterman will no way fit, it has three lugs on it where the original has two. the lugs are all offset and so it won't go on at all...???
am i looking at the right plug?
am i looking at the right caterman?

    help would be much appreciated.
while the bonnet was up I did the K&N and trumpet mod - two fag butts and a milky-way wrapper in there !!

Can you take some close of photos of it? I had a "Caterman" before, I was one of the unlucky few who's car it would not work with at all, even sent photos of it installed to T-Tuning to confirm I put it on right. Mine had to go back for a refund.
So yeah, photos on here (or sent to T-Tuning) will help sort your problem out - it may be that you need to cut a couple of the plastic lugs on the TB with a sharp knife, because the connections on it are not the greatest.

I had to cut the lugs with a stanley, i fitted mine last Friday and at first it just wouldnt squeeze in. Compare it to the original fitting then trim whatever lugs dont line up, it stays in cause of the rubber seal anyway.

basically the 2/3 lug bits that stick out need trimming off. and take off the end yellow bit from the Vauxhall connector (on my model anyway).
