Spotted my old Veccy!!!!

Went to do a viewing on an apartment on Victoria Dock in Hull and what should i find sitting there, my old red beast. Brought back lots of memories so just had to get a few snaps with my phone (hence the bad quality) just for those who never saw it.

The owner wasnt naer the car but i know which apartment he lives in from his parking space, ill make sure ill pop a flyer on it if/when i go back. I need to tell him ne needs an SRi light conversion though

Has anyone else ever spotted their old cars and wished they hadnt sold it?

Atleast my old Vec is being well looked after.

ha ha i think parking is the wrong word, id say abandoned was a better word

Yeh - was gutted to get rid of a Volvo T5-R a few years ago. 9 months later I saw it parked up at Brent Cross Shopping Centre in London with a great big dink in the back bumper and a scratch from front to back.

Still had my private plate on it that the dealer wouldn't play the game with - had to do the deal there and then or I wouldn't get the price on the new car - didn't make his monthly target more like......................

I hate salesman that wont go the extra mile to help you out, total scum some of them just thinking of them selves.

Bet you were gutted to see your pride n joy being treat so bad by its new owner - love the old T5Rs, seriously quick cars and alot more fun than you would think to look at it. A guy i used to work with had one in black with tinted windows and black rims - that was a sweet ride!
