    Default Cleaning the CID

    Hi all, what's the best way to clean the CID? mines got a few finger prints on it, i daren't use the screen wipes i use for the computer monitor as it says they are not suitable for mesh screens!!!!

    I've used Mr Muscle glass cleaner & a soft cloth on mine with no adverse effects

    Thanks i never thought of using a glass cleaner with it being a mesh screen

    I also use it on the plastic lenses in my specs & it never done any damage to them or any of the coatings on them & does an great job. I use an old cotton handkerchief for the cloth - a clean one that is

    I'll have to send her indoors shopping, i don't think we've got any Mr Muscle in stock!! better get her washing my handkerchief too!!
