Default Advice on a quad exhaust conversion..?

Guys need some advise before I take the next step of buying what I need...I have Vectra C 1.8 sri.

I was thinking of converting it to a quad exhaust, If I get a dual exhaust from scrapper from 2.0t or something similar would that fit a 1.8 sri and then use 2x twin imrscher back boxes? thinking of doing it cheapest way cant afford the full set from LMF.

I might be talking nonsence and it may be a totally silly idea but at least i will know if thats the case..so what u think can it be done??

Why? All blow and no go. Different I suppose. Reminds me of the guy who put a 3.2 VS in a Ford Puma. Whatever floats your boat. No idea how feasible it is, but good luck anyway

if you want to do that and are going to use irmy backboxes anyway then it will be only a few quid cheaper ( or not) than buying the whole setup from Steve at LMF.. it's the boxes that are the dear bit..

the 'y' peice that divides the gas flow is only a small amount in the scheme of things, so i'd be watching ebay for a set to come up and get the whole hog.. buying a standard twin exhaust setup helps you in no way at all....

I think there is a left and a right, they are angled so they can meet the y section in the middle.
