Dual Climate Problem

Unusual one this. With both sides set to cold.
Sat at the wheel of the car, the vent furthest to my right (O/S) blows ice cold air.
The next vent in the middle blows cold(ish) air. The other two blow luke warm air.
I think that there must be some sort of flap/valve behind the dash that has given up the ghost and is not opening to allow cold air to the vents or footwell or screen as it is the same on those settings.
Anyone got the solution, know where the valve is or experienced this before?

it could be the servo motor pack for the vents, but i'd also wonder if it could be the temperature probe in that side of the car breaking down..

Interesting. Where would I find the servo motor to check it's function?
Or the probe for that matter. As I said, it's the same for the screen or foot vents as well.

the motor pack is up in the drivers side footwell..attached to the end of the heater system..it's quite big and drives 3 vanes within..the probes are in the airflow after the heater matix
