    Default Wheel alignment

Just had two new front tyres fitted, quite clear that the front wheels had toe out,car was checked on a Digital image wheel alingment system ,and was it out on all four corners ![camber/caster / toe & the steer ahead],now the front & rear are all inside the correct paremeters.
Any one else had thier car checked this way ?,There are local classic Ferrari & Jaguar workshops near by and they have all thier cars done on this system with photos of the cars done on the wall.

I re-aligned mine post fixing the stearing by looking at the wheels and driving it to see if it pulled under accelleration or braking.

Did a good job too, the car drives straighter than ever before and the MOT test for braking showed perfect simetry.

Unless the tyres (as your were) are wearing unevenly or the car is pulling/vibrating, then it doesn't need checking.

Now had a chance to check out the handling following the adjustments,..a different car,far smoother through the corners does not tend to "dig in" any more,Can only recomend having it done.

    My settings are now ~
    Left front Right front
    Camber -1' 17 -1'10
    Caster 3'18 3'24
    Toe 0'00 0'00
    Front
    Total Toe 0'00
    Steer ahead 0'00
    Left Front Right Rear
    Camber -1'57 -1'56
    Toe 0'03 0'03
    Rear
    Total Toe 0'06

Might be of use to compare
