Screwed !!
! not a happy camper ! finished my shift at 5.40 am staurday morn ! all was well till on approach to the silver steed i noticed the drivers rear tyre looked a little low !
, sure enough there was a f'in great screw poking out from the middle of the tread ! just what i needed to start my only day off ! GRRRRRRRRRR !
Was it a phillips or flathead...

We had a customer turn up in his new motor this week.
He has just got a Bentley Continental GT, and put 5k worth of 22" wheels on it.
In the first week he buckled the outer rim of the nearside front
When i was looking over the car, i heard a hissing. Ran my hand round the offside rear tyre and asked him to roll it forward. Found a screw right in the edge of the tyre tread, unrepairable.
The tyres and wheels were brand new, to say he was gutted is an understatement!
So count yourself lucky i guess!
