Wipe out!

What started out as a fairly clean front bumper on my C, this is just a small section after a run back from Exeter to Weston (M5) last night.

Every near vertical front surface looks like this, including the door mirrors, windscreen, number plate etc.

They are going to have to stay for a while 'cos it is just too hot today to clean them off.

A mate popped round yesterday on his motorbike and his leathers looked the same!

i think i managed to swerve my way up the m23 and along the m25 ,arrived home with just the 2 dead bugs on my nicely cleaned car....perhaps if you had driven with your lights off you mite not of collected so many lol ........best of luck with the cleaning m8

they bounce off below 70 mph, that amount of dead insects should get you 3 points !!

Never seen that many, you must have hit - and wiped out - a swarm. Who needs fly spray - just squish the ******s.

My car looks a bit like that after a little run to France and back on Saturday. The windscreen's all covered in a mix of salt spray and insect puree. Nice!
