    Default rear passenger susp noise

****** car!!! lol getting a squeaking and knocking from the back pass side suspenion, noise is regardless of speed or road condition..noise dosn't change/stop under braking but does stop when turning right (when susp is loaded up a little). I have jacked up the backend and had a nosey...everything appears ok (after doing this noise dissapeared for 2 days/300 miles but is now back) any ideas peeps..

it's on the top and bottom of the spring, check for wear and tear, also check for play in the antirollbar links..if it's the damper you should see the outside is a little wet like this one..

just some torx sockets and an 18mm spanner..an axle stand and a trolley jack..the rest is easy..

jack and support the car on the stand, then move the jack to under the lower alloy arm and put it below the spring..

then undo and remove the crossbolt where the arm meets the hub..drive the bolt out, then just slowly lower the jack.. that will let the spring down and out unclamped..if you need more room, just push the arm down lower, but the spring and it's seats will just come out now,,..
