Rear Skirt?

Don't know if it's called a rear skirt, but i'm looking for the bottom part of a bumper with the dual exhaust, the same one from an SRi.

Any websites that sell them, can't find any.....?

It's a bumper insert you're looking for - and you can pick up the VXR one for £33 primed, straight from Vx.

you can get Standard ones from VX quite cheaply.....the standard one's also come up on Ebay quite often..

You've probably seen the pics of my car but it's just got the standard bumper, do VX have the ones with the exhaust bits as well? Basically same as this but with the twin exhaust.


Would I need to replace the whole bumper?


I'm guessing i'd have to replace the whole bottom section, as mine is the grey plastic trim

yep, you'll have to change the lower valance as that has lugs in it to accept the insert..

either that or hunt down another rear bumper on fleabay..

Just been out to the car and noticed that the valance is screwed into the wheel arch, i take it that just unscrews and comes off? Any ideas how much it would be for both the new valance and insert? Also would I need to get them painted?

you undo 1 screw each end and then it's on click out clips..you just work from one end to the other.. it will be tough, but it will come off..they will come unpainted, but the insert is black plastic so won't need painting..

the insert is around £50, and the lower skirt is around £70

which rear skirt we talking about here ppl the vxr rear skirt and the vxr
centre insert or just the insert as piccy but the twin left/right if so then
the part number for the black twin exit for the sri bumper is 13138919

yeah i was getting confused too Andy...thought he was originally talking about the insert.......but not to sure now tho lol ;p
