Agreed, I dont always get to see your car Alex when I'm out and about, but it is a stunner. credit to you.

Ian-C's car always amazes me how good it looks, even after I've stared at it for half an hour... every time I see it again, it looks stunning...

I also discovered at the show (I may have got it wrong as I was half listening) that the EDS Vectra VXR has been written off by the 888 crew !!.... RIP - I suppose it had to happen sooner or later... (888 Nigel and Neil were driving at the time , but they are both OK)

I also managed to get the keys to the new VXR8... Asked Diana to sit in the drivers seat to see what she thinks ... I'm now working on the deposit ... I'm hoping to have around £380 saved by next year !! .... so thats just another £34,620 to go

I always love coming to all of the big shows with the guys from vectra-c.com ..... You can always depend on the members to turn out with the most unbelievable quality cars , regardless of modifications !! modded or standard we rock ....

If i can touch on a small point that has already been mentioned .. but not nearly enough by any standard ... Is the Events managers car .... It might not have changed a great deal over the past year but I love it , and its a shame that people didn't vote for this car .....

Thanks though for the folk that voted for mine ... i felt quite awkward accepting the award (s) .... sorry ..... due to the extreme condition of eveyone elses ...... Nick ( payney ) and I were talking earlier and i mention to him that i thought if the cars had been able to space out a little more , alot of the other guys would have been in the running !!!! those of you tucked away seemed to have suffered because of it

its the first time ive used it too perry .... and i'll be on to cleanandshiney.co.uk in due course .. just remember if you want some to type in the discount code ( vectra-c.com ) i think it is before you pay ... I'm sure that if the code is slightly wrong there will be someone along shortly to correct me ;-)

Lots of Loverrly cars.... all Nice and Shiny.

Although I did try to keep it clean (having cleaned it Saturday) I managed to pick up half of the Pod as I drove in (me being the first one there - also discovering all the really muddy spots) - Not Having a Boot kind of makes it hard to keep cleaning stuff in the car ...... did have a good go at shaking the muc off though

My trouble is I went ahead and did all the mods as soon as I had the cash. I think the car is complete now! I reckon I need to spend about £600 to get it back up to standard as the alloys need a re-furb and the front has major acne (stone chips). I was talking to Steve (Spoons) at the campsite and we both agreed that once you've pretty much finished modding the car you start looking for a replacement. Oh that VXR8 is tempting but the bank manager would laugh me out his office.

Yeah.....those 2 15" subs would have shaken anything off the boot! Never seen bodywork rattle like that b4, very impressive. Put my single 12" to shame....
