    Default Selling up...

Probably not the best place to ask, but what do you guys think of the focus c-max?

I'm thinking about trading my Vectra Gsi for a C-max ghia 2.0tdci.

What do you think i should be hoping for p/x on my vectra 2003 03, gsi 35,000mls?

The re-vamped c-max (looks like an s-max) has had very good reviews. The older version has more mixed reviews.

a c-max is smaller than the vec so i guess it depends on your needs - you'll get better mpg tho with the 2.0 diesel

    glass's says this px wise

Had a drive in the C-max and was quite frankly impressed. The Ford (read Citroen) diesels are pretty good, if a bit noisy, and the build quality seems pretty good. The Titanium model that I drove had fabulous seats - the wife nearly got it just for that. Settled for something cheaper in the end as we didn't really need that sort of car.

My neighbour has a 53 plate 2.0TDCi Ghia C-Max. He likes it, goes well, 40+ to the gallon, and for a 4 year old car covering the miles he does (Travelling sales) it looks good. So seems well built. plenty of passenger room but boot is not vec size. Not my bag but horses for courses and all that

Had a zetec a few years ago , the 2.0 tdci lump is brilliant , the stereo was good and for a daddy bus it was great fun to chuck about on the b roads , it had a few creaks and they were pretty much all the cubby on the top of the dash , got it replaced and the problem was solved .

    after a day in a quarry .....
