    Default Turbo oil change

A question for 2.0 turbo owners, how often do you do an oil change, what do you recommend, or would you say just do it every service?

I do an interim oil change between services so the max the oil is in for is 10,000 miles.

10k, all the way, if it's low miles flush it as well, above 50k don't bother you will cause yourself problems later.

I'll get shouted at again, but I would never let a turbo car go over 5k with the same oil (unless it was a company car in which case I don't care).

When you can change oil for £25 I don't see any reason not to.

'cos it would dislodge the crud that had built-up over time and end up just being moved elsewhere where it could then cause a problem - that's the theory anyway.

Isn't engine flush designed to break down the sludge, turning it into liquid so it comes out with your oil ?

Yeah, but you always end up with a load of oil in the sump after it's fully drained. Especially the lumpy bits.
