Trip to VXRPC

Went to VXRPC on Saturday to get some work done to the Zaffy - had a great day with Tony and Neil (top blokes and hilarious ) and even met a VX-TORQUE member - PhilVXR.

Had the stage 1 remap done again, Eibach lowering springs, Miltek de-cat pipe and K&N Apollo induction system.

Car is now amazing. Power delivery is different after Tony put a different type of map on which makes the car very useable with sport button off and absolutely mental with sport button on - so much so that Tony nearly melted my brakes on the test run.

Handling is superb now with the springs - it handles like a 2 seater sports car which means the car is feeling faster through the bends and not losing too much speed as I can now push it more.

Now the K&N Apollo - WOW. Much improved air intake with great throttle responce in all gears and the sound it gives off is fantastic. Its hard to describe the sound but its very addictive and if nothing else it makes the engine look better then the standard filter box.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Tony and Nigel at VXR for their fantastic worj and the laughs we had from start to finish. :grin1:
