Default my car is falling to bits

    hi all

me car has started to fall to bits,

i had the front seatbelt b pillar adjusting slides fixed back end of january as
they wouldnt adjust and believe it or not the last few days wanted to adjust
them since they were fixed and to my surprise after looking at them myself i
notice that the dealer that suppose to of fixed them has actually cut away
bits of the adjuster and off the inner edges of the facia slider trim so when
you adjust it to the top and pull on the seatbelt they slam straight to the
bottom and it does that both sides so no a happy chappie

then for some reason i was in the boot and got hold of the rear passenger
adjuster on the seatbelt and then wot happens the black trim on it falls off
and its missing a few lugs that hold it on so again not impressed,i went to
my local dealer and ordered all the adjusters and trims for both sides and i`m
going to fit them myself,of course its all covered by the warranty but my m8
at the dealer said he will give me the parts when they arrive in for me to fit
and just give him back the old parts that has half of the adjuster cut
away, really cant believe it you cant trust dedalers to look after ya pride and
joy so the only person can is yourself so the IS3 is getting a proper job done
    on it.

don't think the mechanics can have cars of their own or they'd never turn them out in the state they do, took mine in to have reversing sensors fitted and it came back with scratches an chips on the bumper, they said they would BLOW then in, Black Metallic!!! told them not to be so silly , well something like that, they did spray all the bumper in the end, ever since i've had a very good relationship with the service manager, he knows what i expect from them now, but they should know that without having to resort complaining

Yep, my dealers 'forgot' to bolt my engine undertray back together if you remember, and at 140mph it gave way getting shedded on the autobahn.... my dealer told me that I shouldnt have been travelling at 140 mph in the first place and the bolts must have fallen out.... .... so I soon put them right on that one, getting a free undertray fitted..... .... and I spotted a lug missing in the boot, which they replaced....

Trouble is, these cars are just mass produced items and no-one gives a to55, except us... and we get called looneys for washing them all the time and looking after them...

no m8 chester sealand road,i have been using them for ages now as i had
a bad experience at ellesmere port but now this has happened wot dealer do
u turn to,they seem to be the same werever you go but if it wasn`t for the
lads i worked with for years at ellesmere port then i`d be fuc*ed,the good
thing about ellesmere port is that they will order the parts for me and give
them to me for me to fit if i want to and that way i know its getting done
properly instead of these other grease monkeys dont know wot their doing
these days so if its somefing i can do myself then thats wot i do otherwise i
go to certain technicians and me m8 of course to sort me car out.
