can you get smoked side repeaters and where from?.

or if someone has some and wants to do a swap for some clear ones?.

or can you paint the clear ones and what paint do you use?

Spoke to a nice man at an MOT garage and he told me, "as long as they FLASH orange, they will pass". So Mine were sprayed Black Saphire and look like a fitting rather than side repeaters.

You can see them fine, just spray them lightly! Don't give them four coats and expect them to still be bright!

Also, you might want to rub them down first, as the writing on them will show more when sprayed.

Shouldn't be an issue as side-repeaters aren't a legal requirement (so the brightness of them doesn't have to attain any certain level). As Nutron said, as long as they flash orange (as opposed to any other colour) then you'll be fine.

Guy at the garage said that they are a requirement for cars built after a certain point and so are a legally required to be pressent and functional on said vehicals.
