i done it by parking in a pub car park then i went too far and hit 1 of them
old high kerbs,i bounced off it and heard a mighty crunch,i thought i`d
completely wrecked the bumper aswell but all it done is bashed the spoiler
and cracked the paint on the bumper but thats getting replaced at some
point, going to do the lot when i get some pennies together.

i used course sand paper and a sanding block then fine sand paper
fo finish off, nah sorry only kidding lol

i used 1500 wet n dry to flat it then 2000 wet n dry to smooth it off finer b4
coating it with the paint,i didnt use primer but some repairs you do,mine didnt
react to the other paint either but again sometime it does so your best priming
just the area were the scuff it after you ave flatted it,the heater just bakes it like
an oven but its hot air so you dont put it too close as it bake it too much.

its easy when you know how
