    Default Which Sparkplugs?

Hey speaking to the Mrs's Uncle who works for Vauxhall he mentioned the plugs I have just put in my 2.2 petrol are Baaaaadddd. I went to Halfords and dropped in some NGK platinums felt good after I changed them but he was telling me they melt in that engine and end up destroying the piston etc and to switch them back quickly.

Aparently he has seen a few cases of this.

What plugs do you guys use?

    Default NGK@S answer from Germany!

Thank you very much for your interest in our products.
The actual recommendation for the Vauxhall Signum 3.2l with engine Z32SE
is the especially designed platinum type BKR5EQUPA; there is no
alternative type, neither in iridium nor in any other electrode
material. If you need any further information or assistance, you may
also contact our british colleagues via the internet (www.ngkntk.co.uk)
    or by phone 01442 281 000 .
