    Default Seats

How would you compare the seats in the rest of the range to the ones in an SRi for comfort?

Perhaps Admin could poll this one for me, the ones in my Design weren't what I considered comfortable, but then again I had just stepped out of an Omega at the time, SRi ones look totally different design wise to the other's in the range.

I found the sri seats very comfy, they were better than the astra vxr ones for sure ...

They certainly look like they are more supportive, and better looking, my Design ones used to snag the cloth from clothes, looked like a dog hair problem unless I stayed on top of it.

The rear seats in my sxi, which I believe to be the same, are quite hard but the fronts are reasonable, well structured and supportive especially on the FUN roundabouts

I had an omega Elite before the Veccy SRI that I have now, both myself and her in doors suffer with bad backs so trying to find a decent car seat in the right car is always a challenge but I think the SRI seats are fantastic, no matter if it's a 5 minute journey or a 5 hour journey you get out at the end with no discomfort at all.

ive got a 54 vectra 1.9 cdti and the leather seats are really comfortable as they have the lumbar supports on the seats, compared to the seats in my brother in laws astra cdti sri estate with cloth seats , i would prefer mine for comfort but his if i was chucking the car around corners

Ian, I'm 6ft tall, on the cuddly side of 15 stone and I find the SRi seats absolutely brilliant for support and comfort. I've driven the thing for near on 60000 miles and never had a twinge, ache or other.

Shaz says they are very firm but very comfortable.

I drove a 'life' for a week, the thing nearly crippled me...

This is the only thing worrying me when I replace mine. I fancy an Elite, but it could end up being an expensive or uncomfortable mistake!!!

I loved the seats in the SRi Vec but the wife thought they were a bit too hard for long journeys. Both never had any back pain with them though
The Transit connect i use for work must have the worlds most uncomfortable seat They are so soft but unsupportive. Looks like that could be the problem with the Vec Elite too.

Looking at the current Signum Design model, the seats look very much like the SRi seats with a bit of leather on the bolsters. Not sure if this is the same for the Veccy.

Just buy the SRi with the Snowflakes...It will be the best looking cab in town!

Correct m8, the seats in my Siggy Design were exactly the same as the SRi Vec but with 1/2 leather. Both driver and passenger had lumbar support too.
