Dealers I'm afraid - and make sure you get the modified/reinforced one. This is a common problem on the 2.0/2/.2 DTi.

They won't sell just the bit that you're probably after - the part is about three difference sections of pipe and it's somewhere around £80 IIRC

Figured so, the stealers have told me it`s £92 + vat.Daylight robery.
What the difference between the standard hose and the modified one duncan?
I`ve tried to get hold of a Samco hose but can`t find the kit to suit my car, they say if your kit is not listed, we don`t make it.

    I don't know specifically - just that it's stronger.

Yeah, I think somebody else tried to get a Samco one when they had the same problem - and couldn't.

Have a look for threads/posts by Andrew's SRi as, amongst other things, he 's had the hose replaced. Think a post may have mentioned the difference between the hoses.

I had mine done under warranty, and it's been fine since, so I haven't bothered changing it again.
However, if it ever went again, for that kind money, I would want an upgraded hose, like a Samco.
But as said, they don't make a made to measure hose. I looked into it when mine went as it was on back order from the dealers/Vx and eventually took them a couple of weeks to get one.
I recon, you could well make a hose to fit yourself, it's not that odd a shape.
From memory, I think two ninety degree bend hoses, and a joiner in the middle with a couple of extra hose clips would most likely do the job, and I would expect it would be a lot stronger and cheaper than a OEM hose !!!
