Not your average UK road signs and other photos from Gib

As I said Here I was in Gibraltar this week. I had the chance to take a look around and saw these:

How many UK road signs direct you to spain I wonder?



I was told about the airport so I had to have a look:


While I took these a flight for UK left



and then the road reopened!




I remember going in here...... I don't remember leaving!


They like their cars too. Chrome wheels are the standard fit:







There was a cracking mini cooper with a big wing and 19" chromes knocking round but I never had me camera when I saw it. Also a nice 3 series in "ultra Blue" with chrom door rubs, Mirrors and wheels. In the summer sum they do look good.

Finally Who says we pay too much tax in the mainland! Yes thats 55.5p/Ltr for diesel

In the second picture, let's take a dog for a walk ehh plenty of tree's around that little part. I wonder if they issue earplugs while crossing the runway.

All I remember was when you landed you went down like a Kamikaze pilot- 30,000 feet to landing in about 10 secs and swooping over the sea!!!! Never did hit a pedestrian though!!

When the plane took off a police man closed the gates. Despite the queues and roar of jet engines, someone did try and cross!!!!
