i have had to do the similar course for buses, ie, passenger transport, basically it is total common sense, just put in the answers that you feel they want to see and you've passed .
do you have to do any evidence gathering for a portfolio as such, cos that is such a waste of time

Cheers mate, another headache I don't need, I don't think I've ever had a complaint against me in 20 yrs, what i've just read I do anyway, how's gonna get a tip by saying nasty things to their customer or making them feel unsafe? I've got a better idea, why not have an NVQ for customer's, and this is their charter to learn

    1 - Don't slam the door
    2 - Don't grunt when asked a civil question
3 - Don't bring greasy food in the car and wonder why you got refused#
4 - Keep your feet off the centre console, it's not a poofee
5 - Don't ask for discount, use the bus instead
6 - Don't fart and think it's funny, I have a tariff for this btw
    7 - Don't shout above each other
8 - Don't whisper to each other, either air it or shut up
9 - Don't kneel on the front seat to talk to the mate behind, you should have the belt on.

I think that about sum's it up for now.

Go along with you on that one VV,should also add :
    1. Just because you are paying...you do not own me !
    2. If you do a runner or try to prepare to meet thy doom.
    3. If you throw up,you clean it up and pay for my time off circuit.

1- Ain't that a fact, I hate the person who has the....I really should be in a limo, but you'll do instead

2- Seen this a few times

3- Yeah, clean up charges are not realistic at all, could be done like for like, i.e open yer door mate, I just wanna puke on your DFS sofa so you can appreciate why i'm P'd off right now.
