    Default LMF giving me grief

    I won a grille off them on ebay weeks ago and paid over the phone. The grille was despatched to me on the day I paid.
    Now they're sending me emails saying payment hasn't been received and is overdue.
    Why the HELL would they send me the item unless I'd already paid?
    F**kwits.

    Can't you send them proof? credit card receipt etc?

    Have you spoke to them on the phone ,never had a problem with them and have ordered loads of stuff from them.

    Coming on here calling a very well respected company f**kwits and ****** tools is not going to do you any favours. Steve and the guys at LMF are some of the most stand-up guys you will ever find, so less of the insults please.

    Maybe find out what's happened first before you come posting up here?! It's probably/possibly just a simple mistake that can be resolved with the minimal of fuss.

    I have found out what's happened first Duncan, they've took payment from me, sent me the item and a receipt (till receipt and ebay receipt) and now they're demanding payment from me again.

    Ok. Apologies for calling them, but they're wrong to demand payment twice!

    As Duncan has just said, i have had a few dealings with LMF and NEVER had a problem with them. Order, pay, delivered on a couple of days. Every time!
    Slagging them off on here isn't going to win you brownie points with them m8 and if i was them i would not be as quick to sort out any problems

    EDIT: Speak to Steve and ask him politely to sort things out for you. He will if he is aware of the problem.

    Ok. No criticism, whatever they do wrong.

    Obviously your loyalty towards them is important to you and relative newcomers like myself need to put up or shut up.

    I've used LMF a few times and will honestly say that i've never had a problem with them or their service. In fact i'd go as far as to say the service they offer is first class.

    They sent me the wrong part out once, quick pleasant call and sorted straight away. They may have made a mistake but I'm sure they will sort it quick smart. An A+ firm with A+ customer service.
