Some key points-
Dogs will be allowed
Camping with your vehicles and your fellow club members
Full shower and toilet amenities provided as per previous rally’s
Caterers will be on site
Marquee and mobile bar (subject to availability)
Evening entertainment band/DJ (subject to initial ticket sales)
Strict 11pm music cut off in accordance with site licenses
Gates will be locked at 9pm sharp for security of all those on site
No fire pits without exception
BBQs are ok but must be raised off the ground to prevent scorching the grass
Generators are allowed but consideration given to all where they are placed and times they are used
