Signum rear suspension torque settings
Hi everyone.I am fixing my wife's 2006 1.9cdi signum rear trailing arm bushes. The big ones. As the car rear end is all over the place.Meanwhile I just decided to replace all the other suspension components, bushes. Banana arm bar and everything else Inc springs and shocks. They are all original from 2006 😆.My issue is I cannot find anywhere where the torque settings for any of it.All that is in the picture posted.Does anyone have a copy I could possibly have please.I am struggling to find some of the bolts to replace as everyone has them on back order also which is typical lol.So unless they are stretch bolts they are all going back on.Tia.

You will need to replace the offset screws and nut if they are rusty. You should change them since they aren't that expensive thoI uploaded them from gm tis thanks to @Jon1796https://we.tl/t-bvkXkxtggk

Hello @horaa The only screw/Bolt and nut i so far need is the one bolting the trailing arm bush to the bracket for the body. i needed to cut the old ones off. i bought the bolt from Vauxhall and the nut from autocom.I'm struggling to find all the other bolts a they are all on backorder seemingly everywhere.its more the torque settings i would rather get as im sure i could find similar bolts elsewhere with a bit of looking around. Is there anywhere i can get a copy of TIS for the signum? that would be handy to have. The link you gave is for filesharing or something not sure of its relevance here.Cheers

Jon uploaded the whole virtual station a while ago. I downloaded and uploaded the instructions for you. Download the files and install xps viewer in case you can’t open the files. There’s only 2 bolts and nuts that needs to be replaced.

Thanks for that, I've never used that file hosting site before.
I've managed to download the files and view them through google drive.
I however cannot view 5.XPS file. is there any chance of uploading that one again?
Most of the bolts are all rusted/seized so will need to replace most of them.
Cheers.
