Default TC and ABS light, non starting, no fuses blown

Been a long time since I posted but I've had to buy an Insignia after my Vectra of 17 years that I bought new decided it wasn't playing anymore.

Post a clutch and DMF change, the TC and ABS lights are on and it just won't try to crank. Starter is fine and it turns over if you bridge the exciter to the battery.

I've looked through the fuses and swapped relays around but had no joy yet. I took the whole fuse box apart next to the battery to check for faults but found nothing obvious in wiring or the circuit board.

Any other suggestions would be welcome.

time to check for DTC's so scan it first... TC and ABS have nothing to do with the car not starting.

May be a long shot, but check you have power to the ECU. When the wife's Astra lost power it was giving ABS / TC faults before it went totally

So it's all fix and it was entirely down to the Power steering unfortunately. The ECU CANBUS loops through the power steering for some reason and the plug with not in, so nothing could talk to the ECU :/ Sad face. Fortunately a friend came round with his laptop and the circuit diagrams and he quickly identified the common link as everything was showing present and fine except the ECU and power steering.

    Thanks for the replies.
