Rec electrical issue

Hi folks it's been awhile since I've on here.

I'm currently having an electrical issue with my vec, an '08 3ltr elite.
The problem is I have a no communication with rec error (u2141). This has put out all lights at the back, the boot won't open, safeguard is coming up on the display, electric windows only work on the driver door switch, and the rear driver door c/l has stopped working.

I've read that this is commonly caused by faulty Rec, and I've replaced this with a couple of known good ones, none of which seems to have cured the fault, I've even went to the trouble of replacing all of the other modules on the canbus circuit to see if that cures it but again no dice.

The canbus circuit is reading a resistance of 60-64ohms, and I've checked all the earth points I can see in the boot area.

Can anyone steering in the right direction as to where to look next, or am I missing something obvious.

You should check carefully wiring loom/harness from body to doors and/or tailgate...for cut wires or shorted
