Looking for recommended tuner, Kent and SE please :).

Just wondered if anybody new of a good aftermarket specialist who knows a bit about modifying the 2.8 Vectras. Kent or adjoining areas if possible. Looking to get the front end a little bit better tied down, a sensible remap and a cheap brake upgrade if there is something easy available. I have a 2.8i Elite with very low miles so I'm assuming standard VXR bits might be a cost effective upgrade. Not looking to turn it into a VXR just some more power and basic mods to handle it .

Any help or suggestions much appreciated .

Check the diary section out for mine and Watchmans, ST200, Bradys and maybe others for lots of ideas. Oh and Jon's. Jon could apply a generic map but we need your engine ECU sw but he's in Norfolk. I do know someone near Ipswich but I'd have to ask if they were happy to do it since Derby is a bit out the way. Other than that you'd have to trust the mobile tuners, go though my diary and you'll see a lot. And if you didn't know already its all interchangeable theres nothing unique in a VXR, well not really only about 10 things orso.

After several bad experiences with tuners, today there is only one person I trust to tune my 2 Vectras. Mackanized. a great professional and a better person. search for that name on Facebook and he will help you.

you hit the nail on the head... but his diary is perfect for people that just got a 2.8t (be it a vxr or not) it just takes a few days to go through it.
