Day saving Lights problem after instaling the rain sensor
Hi, I had programed in the UEC the daylight saving light to option 4 that after starting the engine only the fog light come on as daylights. Now after installing and programing the rain sensor . this is no longer working. After i start the engine normal dipped lights come on. Is there any solution for my problem? i only will that the fog lights com on. I will try tomorrow disabling the daylights and program again but i'm afraid it will not work.
BTW the rain sensor is only the normal type not the light sensitive.

Nope not working. option 3 does not doo anything. option 2 only light up the smal park light and option 1 light up the park and dipped lights...

That is just weird, something must not be working right in the UEC... as the light switching is done in that module. It was working before maybe it's just to much resistance somewhere (meaning a clean of the UEC is in order)

But it stopped right after instaling and programing the rain sensor. when i dissable the rain sensor in uec the fogs as daylight start inmediately work.

Than you've got an incompatible UEC... as that is what does the switching for the headlights. It is one of the reasons why retrofitting stuff can be a right pain in the backside. Modules that don't want to work together unless the lot is matching.
You sure you got the right flat ribbon cable for the rain sensor, mirror and interior lights? Has it got any damage? If it is just fine it can only be the UEC that is causing the problem.

in that case, you'll need a UEC that is from a car that has a rain sensor and foglights from the factory.
