Can anyone recommend some sidelight bulbs ?
Looking for some ‘white light’ as the ones fitted are yellow compared to the headlights.
Post me a link to something decent please.![]()

If you want to fit leds you can by fitting a relay
LED upgrade bulbs in the normal headlights are now an immediate MOT fail, unless you get upgrade LED projectors and leave the type approval markings on the projectors housing for the MOT tester to clearly see. HID's are also a immediate fail now too unless you have Upgraded HID projectors with the type approval markings insight for the MOT tester to see if it doesn't have that don't even bother, and keep the lot halogen, the only bulb inside the headlight that you can swap to LED without them failing the MOT test is the W5W aka position/driving light as it's doesn't put out enough light to blind anyone (it's position inside the reflector means it doesn't cause any glare)
I'd say read the online MOT rules, if you have upgraded led bulbs done right (no warning messages or flashing) and you passed MOT you are lucky, but most MOT stations will fail the car on the bulbs, unless you have upgraded the projectors (and if you do so they come with their own approved LED bulbs, canbus error free resistors etc all in one unit)
I have HID's in mine and just swap them back to the normal bulbs if they fail them.
I know its an MOT fail if the tester is sticking 100% by the book book but having HID's in the beam is perfect and no brighter than other newer cars.
